New Office
We are proud to announce that due to our remarkable growth in the Hot End Inspection Industry, we have moved to a new location from 1st January, 2023.
With the new office, Cortex Glass doubles its R&D office space which will contribute to further development of the GobWatch, ISWatch, TopWatch and BlankWatch systems.

New Office
Due to the success of the ISWatch system, Cortex Glass Infrared Systems BV announces the opening of a new R&D office at the Sint Jansstraat 2C in the heart of the City of Groningen, The Netherlands.
With the new office, Cortex Glass doubles its current R&D office space which will contribute to further development of the ISWatch, TopWatch and BlankWatch systems.

BlankWatch
Cortex Glass develops a new blank mould temperature measurement system, the BlankWatch. The system will be commercially available in 2018.
The BlankWatch system uses small infrared cameras mounted above each section to create thermal images of the blank moulds. No moving rail is necessary making the installation of the BlankWatch easy.
The BlankWatch provides real time information about:
- Blank Mould Temperature
- Neck Ring Temperature
- Plunger Temperature
- Parison Temperature

GobWatch replaces Process Control Systems with plunger sensors
Thanks to the high precision gob weight control , the reject functionality, the gob information and the low maintenance, the GobWatch system is now replacing process control systems which use plunger sensors.

TopWatch

GobWatch Systems Sold
Cortex Glass is proud to announce it has sold the first GobWatch systems to a Global Perfume & Cosmetics Glass Manufacturer. After the excellent results of a test trial with a GobWatch system on a production line producing high quality perfume bottles, the decision was made to buy the GobWatch system and also to equip other production lines with GobWatch systems.
